Sellers Views – Having lived in Hunters Way and Spencers Wood for just short of 10 years, we have loved every minute. It will be a wrench for us to leave this house having done a lot to change it over the years to truly modernise and to adapt to family living. The neighbourly community in Hunters Way can only be described as special and has made living here an amazing experience for us and our children, we will truly miss the friends we live alongside. The location has always been highly convenient for us, living amongst green space, having ability to walk to school and local amenities, and close enough to major towns and transport links for commuting, shopping etc. We hope the next owners have as many happy years here as we have.

Area Views – Hunters Way is a quiet and private cul-de-sac, located just off the Basingstoke Road in Spencers Wood. Consisting of only detached homes, the road has an executive feel to it, and the property being marketed occupies a prominent location at the end of the cul-de-sac. There are plenty of amenities close by, with local shops, a Warings bakery and various pubs, all a short distance away. You can reach the M4 in a matter of minutes, and with both Wokingham and Reading town centres not too far way, you can enjoy a semi rural, village feel, with the big towns easily accessible. Good schools and lots of open green spaces to explore – what more could you possibly ask for in a family home.
Neil and Ryan’s Views – This is truly a great, family home. Credit to the sellers, the work they have carried out, especially to the ground floor, has transformed the feel and flow of this beautiful property. Stand out for us is the awesome kitchen/family room, which stretches over 34ft across one side of the ground floor, but that really doesn’t tell the whole story. There are so many other useful rooms, and with four double bedrooms, plus a study, it’s ideal for a growing family and working from home. However, we can’t end without mentioning the garden. Having been completed only last summer, the Bi-fold doors from the family room opening up on to the raised patio area gives you a private entertaining space, perfect for relaxing on a warm afternoon and evening.
