Sellers Views – This has been my first home which appealed to me as it is Victorian and has character. It's unique and after rennovating in 2021, I've been able to make improvements to make it a space I'm proud of. I've felt safe here, have lovely neighbours and it's peaceful. I particularly like that I have my own entrance. I chose Tilehurst Road for the transport links; getting into town is so easy as the bus stops just outside and I travel into London most weeks which is really quicky into Paddington. The garden has been amazing for having friends round and entertaining, it gets the sun into the evening and on a clear day you can see right over to Mapledurham. It also allowed me to adopt my cat as I have great outdoor space! I'll really miss living here but excited for my partner and I to buy our first house together.

Area Views – The property is located on Tilehurst Road, a few minutes’ drive from Reading town centre. One of West Reading’s most prominent landmarks is Prospect Park and you are only a short walk away from this. It’s a great place to explore, with lovely walks, sports facilities, and a bar/restaurant right in the centre. There is a even an official parkrun every Saturday morning. Both ASDA and Tesco are close by plus there are great transport links available, most notably the 33 Bus route which stops outside, and easy access to the M4 J12.

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – Overall I am really impressed with this property. The seller has done a great job creating a warm and welcoming home. The accommodation has a nice, comfortable and private setup but the bonus of the separate entrance, and wonderful garden set this apart from other apartments and maisonettes we have seen. Perfect investment or for a first time buyer.
