SITUATION

The land part Town Farm is situated on the outskirts of the village of Blackawton, in the heart of the South Hams area of South Devon.
The nearest town of Totnes is approximately 9.5 miles to the north, while the A38 dual carriageway expressway, connecting to the M5 motorway and national road network is approximately 10.7 miles to the north-west.

DESCRIPTION

The land part Town Farm comprises a total of some 6.05 acres (2.45 hectares) of bare permanent pasture grassland, as approximately outlined in red on the site plan.
The land is south facing and is of a predominantly gentle gradient with wide stretching views across the South Hams Countryside towards Blackawton and beyond.
