What the Owner says:
When we first came up the drive and saw the stable block and Copped Hall we thought we had arrived in Paradise, it felt magical. Standing on the cobbled stones in the courtyard, even before we saw inside the Hayloft, we knew we wanted to live there. We have thoroughly enjoyed the years we have been here and have created everlasting memories. The community is friendly, and the surroundings are amazing, with fantastic walks, beautiful landscapes and cycle rides. We are close to the towns of Epping, Loughton and Theydon Bois, with only a couple of miles for access to the M25. The central line stations of Epping and Theydon Bois are reachable within half an hour of the City. The charming town of Epping includes delightful period properties lining the high street in a Conservation Area. It is famous for it's Monday market that has been in existence since the 13th century. The town is surrounded by the northern end of Epping Forest providing wonderful walking, cycling and riding. All amenities are well catered for within close proximity of the property. A hospital, doctor & dentist surgery, a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. There are four primary schools, a prep school and a good secondary school within catchment area. Sporting enthusiasts are spoilt with cricket, football and horse riding clubs as well as golfers who can indulge at Epping Golf Course or Hobbs Cross Golf Centre.
