Planning Full planning permission has been granted for the development of 2x 4 bedroom detached houses. Despite this planning permission been granted in 2016, it is understood that it has been held, with various conditions discharged.

There has also been a subsequent request to vary the permission, which was submitted in 2019 (ref 19/01545/VARYCO), which despite being recommended for approval by the decision officer was not taken forward by the applicant.
