This three bedroom semi detached property is perfectly positioned in the centre of Caldicot, just a stones throw from the local primary school and walking distance to all amenities the town has to offer. Well presented throughout you enter via a porch, handy for all your shoes and coats, then into a generous hallway. The dark oak luxury vinyl runs throughout the whole of the downstairs, ideal for family living or those with pets. The living/diner is modern and neutrally decorated with a focal fireplace and French doors leading to the rear garden, a fantastic entertaining space. The kitchen is well appointed with spaces for a washing machine, dishwasher and under counter fridge. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside there is a pretty front garden with driveway for at least two vehicles and an EV charging point. There is access to storage on the side of the property which has recently had a new roof, there is an outdoor toilet in here also, giving the possibility of creating a downstairs toilet and utility room if required. In the rear garden the current owners have converted an out building into an office, ideal for those working from home. The garden is substantial in size with pretty trees and shrubbery. So call Nathan James to book a viewing.
