Four Bedroom Detached Home in popular Village location.

Ideally located for access to the M4 and a short walk to the village square where there are coffee shops, independent retailers, post office and the local primary school. Benefiting from a larger than average front garden with parking up to 5/6 vehicles. Entering through the front door into a light and bright hallway, a theme which is echoed throughout the property. Benefiting from oak flooring throughout the ground floor, the living room has sliding patio doors leading to the garden. The previous dining room has been extended into what was the garage, this open plan space is currently being used as a second sitting room and dining room. This leads into the traditional style kitchen with integrated over, hob and dishwasher. There is also a handy utility room which has a door that leads into the rear garden. The downstairs also benefits from a cloakroom and W/C. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom which is part of the extension over the garage and benefits from an en suite shower room. The main bathroom has recently been updated with a walk in shower. The pretty rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a patio area and planted borders. Call Nathan James to book a viewing.

Magor and Undy are small villages, in Monmouthshire, South-East Wales, surrounded by beautiful countryside and adjoining the Caldicot levels on the North side of the Severn Estuary. There is easy access by motorway and rail to Cardiff and Bristol. There are currently two infant/junior schools in the area and a comprehensive school approximately 4 miles away in neighbouring Caldicot. Magor has a thriving village centre which is host to several shops, pubs and restaurants, including a local post office. The village also has a historic Baptist Church as well as incredible local history with the remains of The Procurator's House, some parts of which may date from the 14th century, still standing just off the village square. Magor also hosts an impressive nature reserve in Magor Marsh, which spans 90 acres (36ha) and is a wetland reserve managed by Gwent Wildlife Trust.
