***Vendor's comments:*** "We fell in love with Temple Road as soon as we saw it! What initially pulled us in were the high ceilings, open fireplaces, rear side access (very handy) and large enough space on the drive for two cars. The other attraction was the sheer size of the house, which easily accommodated our family of 6 and 2 dogs!

We've been lucky in the convenience of being between two train stations: South Croydon (which is within a 5-minute walk) and the main East Croydon station, also within easy walking distance. Both have served us well, together with buses and tramlinks. Just down the road, you will find an array of restaurants, bars, convenience shops, and pubs, among other attractions that create a real buzz and options for social events and entertainment over the weekend; there's always plenty to do should you wish to venture out or just walk into the town centre.

Our children are all grown now and still hold such fond memories of this area as they all went to local primary and secondary schools, so they didn't need to travel too far.

Our street has a very strong neighbourhood vibe and sense of community, while being relatively quiet, and off the main road. We also have two lovely parks close by; Parkhill and Lloyd, where we have enjoyed many walks with our dogs and family picnics.

Our family has loved this home for more than 20 years, and we're sure that its new owners will cherish their time here as much as we have."
