One of the true highlights of the home is the original parquet flooring, which we lovingly restored after discovering it beneath the old carpet. Sandilands tram stop is directly opposite the building, with regular services just three stops from East Croydon station—a commuter’s dream, with fast and frequent trains to several central London destinations. Families will also appreciate the availability of good schools nearby.
