Soho Lofts is a truly iconic building. The former Marquee club was an early 90's sympathetic redevelopment of one of Wardour Streets historic warehouse buildings. The newly designed 33 and four penthouse apartments were designed by Piers Gough and realised by developer, "The Manhattan Loft Corporation".

Its fashionable looks still look as fresh and relevant today as they felt on completion of the scheme. Interior details honour as much of the original industrial aesthetic as possible and extend from the rich red bricked fa?ade and portered communal entrance through to this particular first floor loft with commanding views across Wardour Street.?

The thoughtfully arranged studio layout flows well; its layered aesthetic very much echoes the building's historic feel. Solid, painted brick walls provide the framework for a home that's styled with material choices to reflect its surroundings. A recessed bedroom area and adjoining shower room sit to the right as you usher your way through to the open plan reception with its lightly industrial style kitchen. The floor area provides ample space for chunky furniture and two office workstations that provide a front row seat to views over the iconic street scene below through its wide corner aspect windows.

Transport & Connections

Navigating London's four quarters and beyond is effortless. Tottenham Court station is around five mins on foot offering Central Line Tube (connecting with the City of London) and Elizabeth Line services whisking you to Heathrow in around 50 mins. Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo Line) and Leicester Square (Northern & Piccadilly Lines) are also both close by. Charing Cross Station hosts national rail services to the South Coast as well as Northern Line Tube services. Embankment, next door, has regular Circle and District services.?
