it is a lifetime mooring and as long as you renew it and pay then it's yours you will never been removed from the dock. The husband said that is not my interpretation it has to be renewed so you can be moved off the dock. Dad did reiterate this is not the case. Dana the barge next door has to reapply every year for their mooring. Excelsior comes with a lifetime mooring it just needs renewing and paying each year. It has a permanent right to be moored at the dock.
