Continue into the village and after passing the pub turn right into Summerpool. Continue along this lane bearing right by the corrugated iron barns and at the top of the hill bear left at the t-junction. Proceed for a short distance and turn right sign posted to Evesbatch. Continue for approximately ? mile and towards the top of the hill turn left to Acton Green and Acton Beauchamp. Continue on for the further ? mile and the driveway giving access to New Tynnings will be located on the left hand side immediately after a cream coloured detached house called Yew Tree House.
