From Exeter and Topsham head towards Woodbury along the B3179, continue down Globe Hill and at the crossroads, turn left into the centre of the village. Continue past The Maltsters Arms and Flower Street and take the next right into Haymans Orchard, where the house is at the top on the right hand side.
