Owners Interview
We've truly loved living here, and from the moment we moved in, it offered everything we needed for a growing family. With five children, having a bedroom for each of them alongside a large, open-plan living space made everyday life both easy and enjoyable. The contemporary design, paired with a south-westerly facing garden that enjoys sunlight from early morning until late evening, created a wonderful atmosphere for both family time and entertaining.

The location has been a real highlight for us - Meadfoot Beach is just moments away, perfect for early morning paddleboarding, sea swims, and dog walks, while the vibrant harbour front, with its caf?s, restaurants, bars like Elton's Piano Bar, park, and theatre, is just a 10-minute stroll away. It's a rare combination of peaceful, private living with everything you need close by.

Continued

As our family has grown up and our needs have changed, the house has adapted beautifully. Bedrooms have become a snug, a pottery studio, an occasional guest room, and a home office, while even one of the bathrooms now provides a handy space for our open-water swimming gear. The versatility of the layout has made living here a real pleasure.

If we had to choose a favourite feature, it would be the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space - perfect for hosting large family gatherings, summer barbecues with the double doors wide open, or simply relaxing on the balcony listening to the birds and watching the sunset. The garden has also been a real joy: private, sun-drenched for most of the day, and a true extension of the living space. Plus, having off-road parking for up to three cars has been an invaluable bonus
