The Property

Location
Situated midway between the villages of Trefeglwys and Caersws, Sentry occupies a peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside. Trefeglwys has a primary school, public house and vehicle repair garage.

Caersws itself offers many amenities including several public houses, a petrol station and Costcutter convenience store, together with a well connected railway station with regular trains to Birmingham and London.

Aberdovey is just 30 miles away and is noted for its golden beaches, attractive harbour and 18 hole golf course; whilst the picturesque market town of Welshpool and the county town of Shrewsbury provide amenities further afield.

Outside
Approached by a long sweeping driveway, flanked by expanses of pasture, Sentry stands in an elevated position on its north eastern boundary. The immediate formal garden provides a large raised lawn area and expanses of terrace to take in the beautiful views.

The land totals approximately 12 acres and is split up to a number of paddocks. There is a pool and brook to the rear of the house adjacent to a wooded area giving a tranquil and peaceful setting.
