Hill House dates from 1926 and has been in the
same family for some 40 years. The house was
constructed of brick and rough cast with a clay
tiled roof. Now in need of some investment,

This part of Hampshire is renowned for its many
highly regarded schools which include Farleigh,
Godolphin, Winchester College, St Swithun’s and
the Salisbury Grammar Schools.

Hampshire is world famous for its chalk streams
with the River Test regarded as one of the best
fly fishing rivers in the country. There are many
opportunities for walking and riding in the
surrounding countryside, racing at Salisbury and
golf at Leckford and Winchester.
