I purchased this property as a first-time buyer. I had looked at a lot of properties but I fell in love with this one as I walked in – the bay window, the original Victoria features and the cosy feel to the house. It was great to have an upstairs toilet in addition to the large downstairs bathroom (complete with large shower and underfloor heating). The neighbours both sides are friendly and being able to have low walls in the back garden means you get the sun all day long; perfect for those summer BBQs! The location also meant we could walk or get the bus straight into town; there is also a local shop and Nepalese takeaway just across the road.I have spent many blissful years living in this home, first with friends and then starting my family here, too. I’m certain the next owners will be just as happy here!
