Our favourite feature about the flat is the large living room, it’s a great size to have plenty of family and friends over. As a ground floor flat in summer, it remains cool and in winter it takes a short time to heat up, making it economical to run. The location is convenient being close to north camp village specialist shops, but still peaceful as we're hidden away - so much so that some don’t even know we're there! On many evenings we enjoy walks over to Napier Gardens or Basingstoke Canal as the wildlife can be so lovely. We will miss our first home dearly but it’s time to move on to pastures new.

The property also comes with a long lease of 990 years plus and in my opinion ideally located within walking distances of local shops, pubs and restaurants. Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby
