Vendors Comment:
We’ve loved living here. We’ve particularly loved it being spacious, offering lots of storage, its big kitchen, the fireplace, and an amazing shower. The garden has offered a variety of things to do in it due to the different sections: from sun lounging to hosting bbq’s to providing the space for a huge pool in the summer. Existing gardening (credit to the previous owners) makes it a lovely space to relax. Local amenities around the corner have been incredibly convenient, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, vet, and a petrol station that you don’t really notice until you run out of milk. Equally, beautiful Southwood Country Park being minutes walk away has been invaluable for short and long walks to get our baby to sleep. Neighbours have been welcoming and supportive from day , which helped us feel at home instantly!

Chris's Comment:
This is the perfect family home that can grow with you! Lots of open space downstairs, with those FIVE bedrooms upstairs along with that stunning bathroom and separate shower room, it's a home that will work so well!

Area Comment:
Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
