As first time buyers with not a huge budget for a house, we thought this was very good buy as it has a feel of a house because of the private entrance and private garden. On the inside it's a very good size 2 bedroom maisonette with lots of storage space and with an accessible loft and good size rooms. It's very bright. The location is convenient as it is only a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre, the bus stop is a 3 minute walk and the local shop at 1 minute. We have loved living here and we hope the next owners will love it as much as we did.

This is a lovely Maisonette! The current owners have done a great job modernising the kitchen and bathroom, and also replacing the boiler! One of the huge selling points to this home is that it has its own garden...this is rare with apartments and maisonettes! As well as being a perfect first time purchase, this is also an excellent buy-to-let opportunity, and would be very popular too with tenants!

There are outstanding areas for cyclists, runners, walking and dog walkers alike with Barossa Common just a few minutes away from the property.
