The Oaks is in a great location, near local shops, a lovely pub and very good schools. We were taken with the well proportion bedrooms, the quality of the fitted kitchen and the bathroom, however the property still gave us potential to put our own stamp on it. We love the south facing garden and are very lucky with the neighbours who are very friendly. The property gives us plenty of parking in a small cul de sac plus the benefit of a 33ft garage offering huge amount of storage. We have loved living here!

Yateley is a highly sought-after location for house hunters having previously been voted as one of the Uk's best places to live! There are plenty of well regarded local schools for all ages, and amenities are all close by. The M3 can be reached within minutes as can many of the local train stations.
