Initially, we envisioned Swanmore Close as our forever home, which prompted us to invest considerable effort in making it even more inviting. From designing a cozy front porch to meticulously organizing our coats and shoes, to completely renovating our kitchen, bathrooms, and conservatory, we spared no expense in creating a space that we truely love. Our commitment to sustainability led us to upgrade all our lighting to energy-efficient LEDs, enhance heating systems, and install triple-glazed windows upstairs, ensuring that our home remained both eco-friendly and comfortable, with warmth and brightness permeating every corner.

Swanmore Close is a superb location, bringing nostalgic memories for us as we grew up here and walked to Maiden Erleigh school and played football in the fields. Nearby you have Maiden place shops, bus routes around town and to schools and walks through green space. This home is positioned in a cul de sac which is very quiet and you have a cut through at the bottom taking you on all of the walks. It really is a great place to bring up your family
