?When we purchased this house in 2019, the main thing that attracted us, besides the lovely Shinfield Meadows, was its corner position, which made it distinct from the other houses in the row.

The size and the layout of the house was perfect for us, but as much as we've cherished our time in this home, our family needs have evolved, prompting us to seek a new chapter elsewhere.

We’ve had so many lovely moments here and we hope that whoever comes next will appreciate and enjoy it as much as we do!

This town house offers so much space, perfect for growing families and it is really well looked after by the current owners so you can just drop your bags and move straight in. Downstairs you have a bright entrance hall with your w.c, storage and then the kitchen/diner to the front. To the back of the home you have a spacious lounge with the large windows and patio doors opening onto the secluded garden.

Within a short walk or drive you have plenty of amenities including Dobbies Garden Centre which now has a small Waitrose, along with a great butchers and within Shinfield Village you have Co-Op a few popular pubs, a post office and the new Lidl store coming soon. There are main bus routes close by taking you into Reading or Wokingham towns and you are just a few minutes from Mereoak Park and Ride or junction 11 of the M4, not forgetting the new train link coming into Green Park Business Park, making it a really well connected location.
