We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked through the door, the hallway, and huge open kitchen and lovely large bedrooms. We've done quite a bit of work in the garden to make it more child friendly but a lot of the flowers and plants take care of themselves! The secret garden has also been a perfect addition for growing and storing things! We've always been able to host birthdays, christmas and other occasions and parking for all the family is easy. When we first viewed the house we didn't realise quite how beautiful the roses at the front of the house would be and it's something that people always complement every year. This house will always be special to us as it's where we brought our daughter home, it's layout has been perfect as she's gone from crawling to running! We've also found its in the perfect location for parks, walks and a quick nip to Budgens for forgotten essentials. Being set back from the main road makes the house that little bit quieter and secluded which was a real selling point for us!

This is quite simply a lot of home, while being well presented throughout and the thing I love most is how light it is as you walk around, you notice this straight away with the entrance hall. So upstairs you have five really spacious bedrooms, perfect for families and no kids fighting for space as all the rooms fit doubles in. You have a family bathroom in the middle and two en-suite shower rooms to the main bedroom and second, along with fitted storage in these.
Downstairs this home is so impressive, perfect for entertaining but also versatile as you can close rooms off, making it a great layout. You have a downstairs w.c, study or play room to the front and the spacious lounge on the other side, from here you lead into the separate dining room and back into the huge kitchen/breakfast room, currently with a great island in the middle, perfect for entertaining.
Outside you have a nice decking area and secluded garden with a huge amount of storage and access back to the driveway and garage.
This home is fantastic but there is further potential to extend up or out (STPP) like neighbouring properties, viewing are highly recommended.

This home is so well positioned, on a small cul-de-sac of detached family homes. Grazeley Road itself is really well connected with access to amenities and road links either side - it's close to the A33 and access to the M4 is easy within a few minute's drive. The thing that we love about this spot in particular is the amount of green space, with an abundance of walks to enjoy on your doorstep.

Three Mile Cross has local amenities including a handy Budgens and recently reopened Swan Pub just a short walk away and you're not too far from either Shinfield and Lower Earley offering further amenities and pubs. You are well positioned for access into Reading and Wokingham towns, you have public transport links including Mereoak Park and Ride just a short walk away from this property and you also have easy access to the new train link in Green Park, making it much easier to commute to London now.
