From the dining area, double patio doors lead out to the lovely garden which was designed to be as low maintenance as possible offering a relaxing place to entertain and play. There is a pathway alongside the lawn leading to a small patio area with rear gate. A built in sleeper bench and flowerbeds add charm and a great place to sit and enjoy some sunshine.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and the family bathroom.

My favourite aspects are the superb location, gorgeous kitchen and lovely garden.

We have loved living here for the past 6 years. It's a great location for a young family, we all enjoy our dog walks in the woods and heading to the lake to feed the ducks.

It's also close to the leisure centre and an easy walk into Woodley precinct for a coffee.

It has been great being so close to the train station when we want to pop to Wokingham or Reading for dinner with friends.

We will miss our first home but it is time to move on as our family grows.

Hazel Drive is a popular area in Woodley for three reasons: the nature, train station and schools.

Quite literally on the doorstep you'll find Southlake (access via a footpath a couple of minutes walk down the road)

And just behind the property is Highwood nature reserve, a woodland that feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of busy life. Both are beautiful places to explore and firm favourites with local dog walkers.

There is also a children's play park just a few minutes' walk from the house.

Earley train station is less than ten minutes walk over a footbridge. Just one stop (3-4 minutes) to Reading mainline station giving fast access into London.

Local schools are highly regarded with the closest junior school being Southlake Primary School which is rated Outstanding.

For secondary schools, Bulmershe is a short walk away and Waingels is also within easy reach.
