Seller's View

"We purchased this house in July 1985 as we were very impressed with it's location and large plot and potential to extend sideways and out to the back if required and plenty of parking space for several cars.
A good family home for raising our 3 children with schools close by and in a quiet cul de sac with lovely neighbours and a field on our doorstep which is good for dog walks and for children to play in.
Also with a large extended family many opportunities to invite them all over and have many bbqs in the large rear garden with plenty of space for the kids to play in the summer, just some of the reasons why we have enjoyed living here for the past 39 years."

Agent's View

The house is tucked away from the street with no passing traffic and has a large frontage with ample driveway parking and garage.

Stepping inside there is a welcoming entrance hallway, spacious living room (previously two reception rooms) with patio doors out to the large decking area of the garden, large L shaped kitchen/ diner also with patio doors leading outside making the spaces perfect for entertaining.
The ground floor WC has enough space to revert back into a shower room if required.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom and four bedrooms, three of which have fitted wardrobes.

There is scope for a loft conversion, garage conversion or rear extension subject to planning permission. This is ideal for anyone seeking their forever family home to put their own stamp on.

The garden is much larger than average for the area and has a full width decking area with the rest of the garden a low maintenance lawn.

Our favourite aspects are the beautiful setting, large living spaces and great size garden.

Location Information

The houses that directly front onto these fields are highly sought after as they simply don't come up very often.

The fields are ideal for dog walks or nature exploring with family and link up to many other local walking trails. There is a pathway leading up to The George Pub & Restaurant, Showcase Cinema and Winnersh Garden Centre.

The house is in catchment for Loddon and Hawkedon Primary schools and shared Maiden Erleigh and Bulmershe secondary schools.
