I have lived in the cul-de-sac since 1995 when the house was first built, the location is really good, with very nice neighbours, there are also quite a few amenities, supermarkets, leisure centre, local shops & pharmacy close by.

Also in the area there are quite a few local schools for all ages, along with excellent work opportunities along with easy access for all transport links with the area.

These properties are always popular due to the safe and family friendly cul-de-sac position and proximity to commuter links and amenities so close by.

Built by TA Fisher in 1995 the house has decent kerb appeal and a lovely outlook up the street.

There are a few other small play parks dotted around the estate with larger parks found locally at Chalfont and Maiden Place (also walkable or a very short drive)

Buses into Reading town centre are also just a ten minute walk away.

The M4 Junctions 10 and 11 are both within a 5/10 minute drive which is ideal for commuters.
