Sellers View

I have lived in the cul-de-sac since 1995 when the house was first built, the location is really good, with very nice neighbours, there are also quite a few amenities, supermarkets, leisure centre, local shops & pharmacy close by.
Also in the area there are quite a few local schools for all ages, along with excellent work opportunities along with easy access for all transport links with the area.

Agents View

These properties are always popular due to the safe and family friendly cul-de-sac position and proximity to commuter links and amenities so close by.
Built by TA Fisher in 1995 the house has decent kerb appeal and a lovely outlook up the street.
Stepping inside, there is an entrance hallway, living room with bay fronted window, downstairs WC, kitchen/ diner which leads out to the sunny south/west facing garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and the family bathroom.
Outside the property has an enclosed car port and parking for 2 cars (possibly a third car) The garden is very mature with many shrubs and flowers planted, the oak trees at the back offer a sense of privacy and nature yet do not block the summer sun from the lovely patio with pergola and mature wisteria growing up it. Truly stunning in the summer months.
There is huge scope to extend to the side where the car port is and/or to do a loft conversion which would create either a third or forth bedroom, meaning this house really can grow with you.
The home has had just one owner since new who has looked after it so well and because of this it isn't immediately obvious it's the original kitchen, bathroom and carpets. This means that it is ideal for someone wanted to put their own stamp on their home, although it is perfectly functional and liveable as it is.

Our favourite aspects are the amazing opportunities to extend and personalise, the gorgeous south/ west facing garden and lovely location in Lower Earley.
We highly recommend a viewing to avoid missing out on this gem!
