"We have lived in this property for just over 9 years but it has been in our family since the 60s, where is was originally a business premise. Sadly after the loss of my Mother we wanted to look after my Dad therefore we converted what was then a swimming pool into an annexe for him and built ourselves the lodge. We did get permission to build a house on the land, but time restraints pushed us to put a lodge (static home) on the land. We have loved living here and have enjoyed the fantastic views and having the horses as our neighbours. We see deer in the field most days and have a resident owl who visits us frequently. There have been lots of entertainment on the large decking we had built. After the passing of my Dad we converted the annexe into a garden room, which we use for entertaining should the weather not be good. We feel safe behind our large electric gates and there is plenty of parking, plus a large double garage. The garden has kept us busy and has entertained not only our children but our grandchildren. We did expect to stay here forever but we have since fallen in love with life by the coast so have decided to relocate there but we will truly miss living here."

It is not everyday you come across such a beautiful plot available for sale, let alone to find it on one of the most desirable roads in Ascot.
Behind the electric gates is a large driveway and pretty front gardens with low maintenance shrubbery. There is also a large double garage/ workshop to the front.
The current accommodation is a luxury lodge, a lovely home as it is but could also work as a temporary base if building on the land (subject to planning permission)

Inside is an entrance hallway with storage cupboard, study, bedroom two, family bathroom and bedroom one with a dressing area, large walk in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and beautiful skylight with rain sensor.
The living space is open plan so perfect for entertaining. The stunning kitchen includes ample storage and worktop space and integrated appliances including coffee maker, oven/ grill, range cooker with gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
The wrap around dining room leads round to a cosy sitting area with stunning views out to the garden. Dual bi-fold doors either side of the central fireplace are ideal for letting the outside in during summer.
Stepping outside there is a large decking area with an in built water feature. Just over the fence is a field with two resident, friendly ponies. Beyond this are further horse fields and Mill Ride golf course making this a truly idyllic setting.
The garden is larger than first appearances so must be explored to be fully appreciated and also has a shed, green house and further annexe studio with kitchenette and shower room. The annexe studio could also be utilised as living accommodation whilst building a house on the land.

Our favourite aspects are the stunning views, complete privacy and potential to create a dream forever home.
