The Sellers View
I moved into my apartment 8 years ago and I loved that it was bright, had a balcony and great links to the M3 motorway and London. The balcony is very generous, in the summer we have barbecues and just enjoy having the outside space, without having much to maintain. The open plan living/diner/kitchen is really spacious! The development is so quiet, and everyone just gets on with their day.

Since moving here I have fallen in love with the area, its quietness and the nature it offers. There is Yateley Common with it’s incredible nature and Horseshoe Lake which is so nice walking around. The area has local shops, restaurants and in general you never run out of options. They are three local pubs which often host events. In the summer there are plenty of things happening, beer festival, music festivals and so on. Everyone in the area is so nice and you feel safe walking around. Yateley is close to many shopping centres, such as The Meadows, Camberley, Reading and even Basingstoke. We also very close to Southampton & Bournemouth which only takes an hour, we love going to the beach in the summer.
If my personal circumstances hadn’t changed, I wouldn’t be moving. I love this place and I do hope someone will love it as much as I do. I have created so many lovely memories here!

The Agents View
I absolutely love this apartment, it would make an amazing first home or a great investment purchase. The apartment is right in the centre of Yateley, so accessing all of the amenities the seller mentioned above is a breeze.

The apartment is on the second floor, but don't worry, there is a lift! So you won't have to tackle the stairs every time you come home with lots of shopping.

The hallway gives access to every room in the apartment, but also three very impressive storage cupboards, one of them being a huge airing cupboard. The open plan reception room/kitchen is 28ft long and easily gives you space for a good size sofa and living room furniture, whilst being able to accommodate a decent size table and chairs. The current owner even keeps a tumble dryer in here and it still doesn't feel over crowded.

The master bedroom is a good size double room and hosts a double built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a white three piece suite and has a nice feeling of space about it too.

For me, the absolute show stopper of this place is the South West facing balcony. Having worked around Yateley for many years, I can tell you there are very few apartments that offer this exceptional benefit. Its nearly as wide as the apartment and gives you plenty of space should you wish to entertain friends of an evening, or just enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.

The development is secure and has a phone entry system in place and you also get one allocated parking space in the car park at the rear of the building.
