The Sellers View

We have adored living and growing in this house and putting in the work to make it homely, we will be so sad to leave. But we know the lucky new owners will love it here too! We love the sunny back garden, the sound of the birds singing and the quiet of the woods when we open our front door. Walking to the The Pines school is super easy and a nice walk through the trees. There is a small park between us and the school, so we often stop here on the way home. Of a weekend we walk over to Swinley Forest as a family for long walks, and love walking over to South Hill Park in the summer for a lolly in the sun! We will miss the house and our lovely neighbours very much!

The Agents View

This house is a stunner! Its perfect for people who want to move in to an already completed home, whether they be first time buyers or a young family climbing the ladder.

As you first approach the home from the parking area (where the garage in block is located) you can really feel the quality of this home. Its landscaped front area, well maintained cladding and evidence of recently added grey double glazing are a telltale sign of what more is to come.

As you open the composite front door you are met by a light and airy hallway, which leads you to all of the rooms downstairs. The kitchen/dining room is a wonderful space to spend with the family or host guests for dinner. The kitchen has been very recently refitted with a shaker style kitchen, thus giving it a feel of timeless elegance with the benefits of modern functionality. The butler sink and Quartz worktops are a lovely touch too, plus you've got a built in washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The living room is a great size and offers dual aspect light through the french doors and a window to the front. The current owners have changed the utility area into a salon as she works from home, if you run a business from home, this could be a great place to do it from. But you also have flexibility to use this as a study, playroom or home gym if you wanted.

Upstairs you have three very good size bedrooms, two generous doubles and a very generous single room. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes, and all of the bedrooms have views over the rear garden. The family bathroom has been recently refitted and is as beautiful as it is functional. Lastly, from the landing you can access the loft hatch, a large airing cupboard and a massive storage cupboard too.

The owners haven't just taken care of the inside of this home, the garden has also been beautifully landscaped, and requires very little maintenance. Off the back of the home you have a lovely tiled patio which gives plenty of space for an outdoor sofa, barbecue and the bar too (which the owners are happy to leave behind). The raised area of artificial lawn is big enough to fit a trampoline and other playthings on, whilst giving the kids space to run around.

All in all, this is a beautiful family home in a location that is adored by families. Please get in touch quickly if this could be your next home.
