The Sellers View...

I moved to Prince Andrew Close in 2012 from renting an apartment in London to owning an apartment in Maidenhead. What drew me to this area was the tranquil surroundings and the River Thames a short walk away. My partner moved to the area in 2020 and the apartment has been modernised since then.

The neighbours are all very friendly and it's a real community. They are welcoming and helpful. There's even an active email and Whatsapp group! The communal green in the middle offers ample opportunity for children to play safely.

One of the main things we've enjoyed about the area is the variety of parks and woodland and river walks within easy reach; there's something to suit everyone. With Windsor, Marlow and Cookham a short drive away, you're spoilt for choice.

Prince Andrew Close is also great for its convenience. It's only a 15min walk to the town centre and train station, and just 5min to the M4 with the M40 also within easy access. Crossrail has meant the commute into London is short and simple. There are several shops within walking distance as well as a lovely cafe, with really tasty bakes! There is free parking on the cul-de-sac with several spaces. We've had two cars here and never had a problem.

We're extremely sad to be leaving our first home, but also excited for the chapter ahead. It's time for someone now to join the Prince Andrew Close community and we hope it brings you as much joy as us.
