When it comes to retirement properties there are a few to choose from locally, but this apartment is so well finished and has so much to offer, we think it trumps the others hands down. Being on the ground floor is important as it offers a private patio space directly from your living room. The kitchen is a great specification with double ovens, built in appliances and plenty of storage. Across the hallway you have a walk in laundry cupboard and a brilliantly finished wet room. The bedroom comes complete with built in storage, whilst outside of your apartment you have lovely landscaped gardens and seating areas, a Bistro-style restaurant and a huge communal lounge where social events take place. For such a new building, it really does feel incredibly homely and we can't wait to take you on tour.

Crowthorne is a peaceful and picturesque village with plenty to offer retirees. Birch Place is in close proximity to the village centre that has the perfect mix of high street and independent shopping as well as a selection of coffee shops and restaurants. The High Street also benefits from a Lidl and Co-operative, providing you with local amenities for your everyday needs. Dinton Pastures Country Park is ideal for leisurely walks with acres of tranquil woodland.
