Sellers Comment...
We planned for this house to be "our forever home" until our family grew. We have enjoyed living here, the local amenities are great and the neighbourhood is fantastic, it's a quiet cul de sac with a nice community.
We love the fact we can just jump on the train with a short walk and there are parks, the forest, playgrounds, walking trails, all on your doorstep.
We have put a lot of our personal touches into this property and we hope someone will get as much pleasure from this property as we have.

Will & Mike's Comment...
The sellers have put so much love into this home and it has been perfect for their family. With its immaculate presentation and modern design, this property is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and stylish home in a super location. Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is to the rear of the property and enjoys views over the garden. There is a door that leads to the decking outside.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobe areas. There is also a tastefully designed family bathroom.
There is a private garden mainly laid to lawn with a decking area which is perfect for outdoor entertaining or simply enjoying the sunshine.
In addition, the property benefits from driveway parking and a garage.

Area Comment...
Froxfield Down is a popular residential cul de sac with easy access to amenities such as Swinley Park, Coral Reef, Lily Hill Park and within the catchment of well-regarded Primary and Secondary schools. Savernake Park is only a stones throw away which is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful walk.
Transport links are excellent and a ten-minute walk to Martin's Heron mainline station, with direct trains to London Waterloo and Reading. The property provides convenient access to both the M3 and M4, as well as Heathrow Airport.
