Seller's Comment...
We have absolutely loved our time living on Tape Lane, we have such great neighbours with a real sense of community. It's been a brilliant place to bring up our family who have now flown the nest, there are good schools close by and great green spaces if you are into walking or have a dog. It's been so convenient having easy access into Twyford and Wokingham, not to mention having a post office and shop just around the corner.

We really hope the next family to live here will love it as much as we have.

Will and Mike's Comment...
We are so excited to have the opportunity of marketing this, beautifully cared for home that hasn't been on the market for many years... and you can see why! This is such a fantastic location for a huge variety of reasons but not to mention the picture postcard views over the fields to the front of the house.

At the front of this home you have a central entrance hall which leads to what is currently being used as a snug TV room but could make the perfect playroom, or study if you are working from home. On the opposite side of the house you the dining room which has some great character features such as the fireplace, this then leads you onto where out sellers do most of their living which is the conservatory. As you can see from the details this is currently set up as a living room and has lovely views over the garden.
The galley style kitchen runs across the back of the house leading onto a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom. This creates a perfect opportunity for an extension to open the kitchen up all the way across the back. One of the things we love about this house is the addition of the 'Boot room' to the side which is ideal if you have dogs or even muddy children to come into.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The master bedroom is at the front and is one of our personal favourite rooms in this house, not only is it a fantastic size but it also has a huge window letting in plenty of natural light and the lovely views. The third bedroom is a good size single with the refitted family bathroom just across the landing which has a great finish. You have fitted shutters right the way through this home making it feel cosy.

The rear garden is a great size and is very private which is a real rarity for a three bedroom home. It also gets plenty of sun being south east facing, whilst to the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles. The house offer great potential to extend and add value meaning this could be a longer term family home for someone looking to turn it into a four bedroom home. If you are looking for a home with a big garden, lots of potential and in a great location then this is not one to miss out on, we can't wait to take you on a tour.

Area Comment...
This home sits tucked away towards the end of Tape Lane with nothing directly in front of it and is only a short walk away from a post office and convenience store that's just around the corner. If you're a keen walker or just love green space then you are spoilt for choice with beautiful walks right on your doorstep and the likes of Dinton Pastures not far away.
Twyford Village is only around a 20 minute walk away where you have the likes of a Waitrose, Tesco express and many independent local businesses to choose from.
It also within many of the areas popular local school catchments and isn't far away from both Colleton and Polehampton Primary Schools
This is a superb spot if you are a commuter as Twyford train station is just over a 20 minute walk away in which you have access to the Elizabeth Line. There are also great transport links via bus and car, with a bus stop just around the corner from the house. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
