We moved to Kesteven Way in October 2014 as first time buyers, intending to stay for no more than 5 years....nearly 10 years later, we're still here and fully intending to stay local as we seek to move up to our forever home.

We bought here for the transport links to London for work, namely a sub 20 minute walk to Wokingham station with direct trains to London Waterloo or a quick change at Reading for Paddington.

We absolutely love Woosehill. You have all you need in walking distance - Morrisons, GP, schools, along with the added benefit of LOTS of green open spaces and woodland for walks, right on our doorstep, many of which we discovered during covid.

Wokingham Town has been regenerated and there is an abundance of bars and restaurants that are a 20 minute walk away. Closer to home, just a 10 minute walk away, you have Ye Olde Lethern Bottel which we love walking to all year round for a drink or a meal.

We've transformed the garden and we spend most of our summer evenings out there eating, drinking and hosting friends for BBQs. We also love the fact the living room looks out to a pathway with lots of greenery and the bay window let's in lots of natural light to the room.

This house has very much been our home and whilst we are sad to be selling, it's time for us to move on to our next chapter with our small family. We hope you love living here as much as we have.

Kesteven Way is a great two bedroom terraced house situated at the end of a no-through road with a tree-lined path on the doorstep. Sympathetically updated by the current owners the property features a beautifully manicured rear garden and a garage in a block. Windmill and Hawthorns Primary Schools are nearby and The Holt Girls School is a mile away too. Contact Matt & Matt at Avocado Property Wokingham for more info and viewings.
