This house has been perfect for all of our family’s needs and hopefully perfect for yours as well. The Hawthorns Primary school, rated “Good” by OFSTED is a mere 2 minute walk from door to door. Windmill Primary School, also rated “Good” by OFSTED is approximately 5 minutes away. Senior schools also within walking distance including The Holt, The Emmbrook and The Forest. Supermarket, Doctors Surgery and a Vets also 5 minutes walk away. For the commuters, a 20 minute walk will get you to Wokingham train station for mainline access to London, Guildford and Reading, or a short drive to the M3 and M4. Wokingham Town centre is in easy reach for the bars, restaurants and shops. Woosehill is blessed with plenty of open spaces and woodland walks.
Trent Close is a friendly place to live, with a lovely community feel. Being a Cul-De-Sac, it’s a very peaceful environment with no passing traffic, but near enough to everything so you are not isolated. Our house has benefitted from a part garage conversion to expand the living area downstairs, which we currently use as a playroom / office. We maintained some space for storage with an electric garage door and also access via the playroom. The rear garden is low maintenance, as we had artificial grass laid, and the garden can be a real sun trap due to its South Easterly position. We have loved living here for the last 19 years and will miss the friendly neighbours who will undoubtably welcome you and your family
