We moved to Samian Place 10 years ago, it is a lovely, quiet and friendly road. We have loved living here and plan to stay in the area. We like being so close to the Lexicon and other shopping centres and also have lots of places close by to go for walks and days out.
We instantly loved the house when we viewed it and saw lots of potential. We have enjoyed renovating and updating the property, especially the recent garden upgrade. This has meant we have spent lots of time outside enjoying the sunshine and entertaining.
We will miss this house but hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.

Temple Park is such a popular location and I find a lot of people will move up and down the property ladder and stay within the development for many many years. Binfield Village and Bracknell Town Centre are both just over a mile away in either direction, and there are plenty of parks and nature reserves to explore locally, such as Jock's Lane that you can walk safely to in around 10 minutes. There's also several good schools within walking distance and you're tucked away in a little cul-de-sac here so it's a lovely safe place for young families as well.

You can drive to the A329 at Wokingham in around 5 minutes and accessing neighbouring towns of Wokingham, Maidenhead, and Twyford is also within easy reach from here.

So many things to love in this house, it's hard to know where to start! First of all, a lot of the "essential" boxes are ticked - driveway parking, garage, downstairs WC, two double bedrooms, kitchen/diner opening onto the garden... And a sunny south-facing garden at that! Secondly, the situation within Temple Park is nice - it's tucked away in a little cul-de-sac and feels quiet and safe, yet you're so close to so many pubs, parks, playgrounds, and shops within walking distance. I know this will be a popular house, so get in touch quickly if you want to have a look!
