Sellers view-

We have loved these last 4 years living in Hambleton Way. Location wise it has been perfect for my work with a short walk to the train station, giving me direct train links to Reading and London Waterloo. Also from a car point of view connecting on to the M4 within a couple of minutes has been ideal.

The house became our home these last few years. When we first moved in, we decided to put our all in to making it feel like home. We redone all the floors in the ground floor and built our garden to make it great for sitting out on those summer nights. More recently we finished our living room with our custom built fireplace and media wall to give it that homely vibe.

This is a really great neighbourhood and we will be gutted to leave, but we need to move back to family at home in Scotland.

Agent view-

This three bedroom home, built to the "Southwold" design, is the type of property that so effortlessly ticks all the boxes. With a sizeable open plan kitchen, living, dining space, it's perfect for hosting and versatile enough to keep the spaces almost private. The current owners have recently added a fabulous media wall with a beautiful fireplace underneath the TV. It really is the centre piece of the downstairs. Onto the garden, from the living space, which has also been kitted out, with modern panelling on the fencing, a seating area and a shed to the back. Upstairs, all three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes which the sellers have added, providing plenty of storage. This home is offering no onward chain, so for those looking for a quick move, this could be the perfect chance.

Area view-

?The Hatchwood Mill development, is perfectly located between Reading and Wokingham, offering easy access to both towns via public transport if required. This newer development has been incredibly popular since the start and is desirable for families looking to move to the area for schooling. With local amenities within walking distance, including Sainsbury's only a short walk away, it's incredibly convenient. The development offers plenty of green spaces and with a children's play park pending opening, which is sure to be a hit.
