Seller`s Comments
Due to impending retirement we want a one level property and this is the only reason we are selling. We have owned this home for around 30 years. We have loved the good community spirit, quite location, good country walks and transport links. Ramsbottom town a lovely place to visit. Walls recently painted throughout, kitchen upgrade in 2022 & regular replanting of front garden. Cosy dual burning fire. local dog groomers, convenience store, barbers 5 minutes walk away. Various bars and restaurants within walking distance. Chatterton on the edge of the Irwell Vale Trail, so good rambling and dog walking areas. We will not be in a chain. Boiler is only 3 months old and connected to a hive system. Windows and doors fitted approximately 3 years ago. Ground rent is ?1 pa but has not been collected in 29 years
