Property Summary:

A superb 2 bedroom, Victorian-era, terraced house with fabulous interior features and a west facing garden, ideal for afternoon summer BBQs. The house is perfect for a small families and first time buyers.

We moved into the house in February 2020 and have turned it into a fantastic home for our little family. In the summer we finally refurbished the kitchen/diner to turn it into an oasis of food, drink and leisure. Our electrics have been reviewed and updated whilst we have also re-carpeted the stairs / hallways and installed new hard floors on the ground and lower ground floors. Both the front and back doors were replaced shortly after moving to improve insulation and security.

The Area:

Local shops and cafes are easily accessible whilst authentic forestry, greenery and nature are incredibly close. Tesco Express and Co-op are a 5 and 10 minutes walk away and if you want a bigger store it's very easy to find the Tesco Extra, Lidl or M&S food in Woolwich. The Slade Cafe and the Plumstead Pantry are high quality cafe options whilst there are a range of pubs and restaurants in close proximity. Winn's Common is a 3 minutes walk whilst Plumstead Common is 5 minutes in the other direction. If you want to go further, the Green Chain Walk extends to Greenwich or take a 10k hike East through Bostal Woods to Abbey Wood. The recently opened Elizabeth Line enhances already excellent public transport links. For families, there are a large number of good nurseries and schools close by.
