The things our customer loves about there home.
The main feature we like about our house is its location; St. Ives is a beautiful place. We’re a short walk away from the majestic South West Coast Path, with easy walks down to Clodgy Point to see the seals, or more challenging walks to Zennor along the rugged coastline. Town is just 15 minutes walk away, with fantastic family beaches, body boarding and surfing. There’s the thriving art community in St Ives where many artists have open studios for you to come in to see them at work and chat. Ice-cream is always popular in town, Moomaid being our particular favourite, and plenty of fish restaurants selling local catch, the Mermaid another of our favourites. We’re very close to the Leach Pottery, our Community orchard, St John’s church and on up-to Steeple wood, all of which hold regular events and get?togethers for the local community.
For the house itself, we’re in a short cul-de-sac, our house positioned at the start of an off-road terrace which is great for kids to play out the front. We enjoy our enclosed rear garden over the spring, summer and autumn months, and our recently installed solar and battery system has made a serious dent in our energy bills.
