Situated  approximately 2 miles for the picturesque village of Monymusk, close to the Pitfichie Forest which offers a range of walking, mountain biking and running tracks through forests and along hill tops with spectacular views of the local countryside. 
Bennachie can be accessed approximately 4 miles away at the Donview Carpark again with walks and trails for all abilities .  The River Don and  Paradise Woods are close by along with the Lords Throat road running from Monymusk to Keig which has  lovely quiet spots and is often said to be one of the most beautiful roads in Aberdeenshire .

Directions
 Leaving Aberdeen on the A96 traveling North to Kintore and follow the signposts at the first roundabout on to the B987, at the next roundabout take the first left on the B994 and follow the B994  until Kemnay, travel straight through Kemnay and join the B993 to Monymusk. Just past the main entrance to the village as the road turns to the left take the road on the right, identified with the REMAX sign, continue along for 1.6 miles and at the Y junction take a right turn and the property is on your left.
