You will also find a superb second bedroom. This comprises of two twin beds and built in furniture, all finished to the highest standard. The classic style shower room is practical and compact. It includes a shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

At Wood Farm we have a relaxing friendly atmosphere with like-minded owners. Our season is 11.5 months (closed 14th Feb - 1st March) and we are licenced for holiday and recreational use (not residential).

We have a good range of facilities on park, such as:

Tennis court, children’s play area
Café, shop & laundrette

Wood farm is conveniently located on the Devon/Dorset border ideal for exploring the Jurassic coast. It’s a short walk to the world famous Charmouth beach where you can hunt for fossils, walk the dog or take in the wonderful scenery.

Venture further up the cliff top paths towards golden Cap which is the highest point on the south coast of England with some incredible views all the way to Weymouth and Portland.

The closest seaside resort is the popular fishing harbour town of Lyme Regis just a couple of miles away. For dining out there is plenty of choice including some pet friendly establishments.

Close by you will also find the market town of Bridport with plenty of small independent shops, twice weekly street markets, monthly farmer and vintage markets and the occasional pop up market throughout the season.

Just down the road you’ll find West Bay which is well known from the BBC series Broadchurch. Venture west on the coastal path back towards Charmouth or head up east cliff heading towards Burton Bradstock.

We are on the main bus route between Weymouth and Axminster, which is on the main train line between Exeter and London.
