Description
This three-bedroom Victorian mid terrace cottage is tucked away in a quiet location within walking distance of Fore Street. It has some beautiful character features, including original woodwork and floorboards, high ceilings and a wood burning stove. The property also benefits from both a courtyard area to the front and a peaceful garden at the rear.

As you enter the property there is a small sunny courtyard garden at the front, with a useful stone-built storage shed, which provides plumbing and power for a washing machine. From here you enter the kitchen, which has a large window to the front and a high ceiling, making the room feel very light and spacious. The kitchen has a range of floor and wall mounted units and space for a cooker, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. There is also plenty of space for a 6-seater dining table. The kitchen floor has been finished off with Quary tiles.

The living room is a great space with exposed woodwork and stripped floorboards. There is built in alcove storage and storage under the stairs, as well as a wood burner, perfect for winter evenings. This room has a large window to the rear overlooking the garden, which gives lots of light to the room. From the living room there is a door leading out into the garden, and enclosed stairs leading up to the first floor.

Upstairs at the rear of the property is the master bedroom, which benefits from two good-sized built-in storage cupboards. There are also two single bedrooms to the front, one with some built in storage. The family bathroom is also on this floor, which has a white suite with electric shower over bath.

The rear garden has been laid to decking , and backs onto the River Mardle which can be heard trickling in the background. The bank across from the property is tree lined, giving a good degree of privacy.

The property benefits from Upvc double glazing and has gas central heating and hot water.
