The property enjoys an elevated position, set back from the road, with a large driveway, providing parking for several vehicles. It is very charming from the front, with an attractive red brick fa?ade and a hung tiled pitched roof. The ground floor offers spacious and versatile accommodation, which has been added to over the years. You have a wonderful lounge/diner to the rear which looks out to the garden, as well as a separate sitting room to the front of the property. Off the lounge/diner, you will find a good-sized kitchen which has a range of attractive, cream-coloured shaker style units. The kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook, with three integrated ovens, a built-in microwave and an integrated gas hob and is further complimented by a large utility room. There is plenty of room in the kitchen for a small dining table, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee whilst enjoying the countryside views to the front and watching the trains go past in the distance. Off the utility room, you will find a modern bathroom with a large shower unit. Also on the ground floor, you will find a small office to the front and a single bedroom.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both enjoying wonderful views of either the countryside to the front or the beautiful garden to the back and both bedrooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom, to the front, features large, built-in wardrobes and the en-suite enjoys a bath. The back bedroom also has some built-in storage and its en-suite features a shower.

The outside space of this property really is glorious and is for someone who loves their gardening. Its south-facing aspect means it gets plenty of summer sunshine, allowing plants and vegetables to thrive. It has a charming patio on the lower level of the garden, a peaceful, private spot to enjoy and a door provides access into your garage. The garage is a good-size, plenty large enough to store a car in there and you have a boarded loft for storage, which you can access from a wooden door on the next level of the garden. Steps then lead up to the main part of the garden, which is laid to lawn with raised beds and there is a greenhouse to the rear. There is a variety of mature trees which provide soft shade, and you have stunning views from the rear of the garden.
