From our Cross Hands office, take the first left off the roundabout signposted
A48 towards Carmarthen, continue on this road until reaching Pensarn
roundabout in Carmarthen. Take the second left off the A48, continue on this
road for a short distance and at the second roundabout, passing the B&Q on
your left hand side. Take the turning left off the A48 signposted Johnstown,
continue to the T-junction and at the traffic lights turn right. Continue on this
road until you reach the village of Llansteffan. Take the first sharp left hand
turn. (You may prefer to continue into the village and turn around as this is a
very acute turn.) Continue to the end of the road and bear left. Continue
passing a few chalets on your left and turn left. The property is first on the
