Owners Comments
The lodge was one of the original show homes which we purchased from new. Since then we have enjoyed 5 wonderful years using it as a holiday home from which to explore Cornwall, covering costs by letting it out via the parks managed program. They ended the 2023 season by refurbishing the lodge including sanding and re-finishing the oak flooring and re-carpeting.
Agents Note
Should a purchaser want the lodge for their own use and not as a holiday let, the park have agreed that any outstanding bookings could be transferred to other lodges.
