SELLERS COMMENTS

We've loved this home for 5 and half years and will be sad to have to say goodbye. Having the option of two train stations within walking distance has meant that the commute to London has been easy when travelling for work. The large amount of space in and out of the house has also been fantastic during lockdown. We were able to keep the kids entertained and exercise on our gym equipment in the garage. We've had plenty of space to play and work from home without feeling we were on top of each other. We'll really miss our neighbours who are all super friendly and look out for one another. Having the post office and hairdressers at the end of the road has been very convenient. The choice of schools and nurseries as well as Riddlesdown Common and the surrounding parks is perfect for children. We've been very happy here and are ready for someone else to love it as much as we do.
