This is a long strip of land at Daddiport on the edge of Tregony and close to Tregony Bridge. It runs parallel to the River Fal and also parallel to the minor road leading off from the A3078 to Ruanlanihorne. The village is easily accessible to the whole of the Roseland Peninsula and hence very much a centre for tourism during the summer months. The city of Truro is about seven miles and St. Austell slightly further. The village also has the benefit of a regular bus service. The harbourside villages of Portloe and Portscatho are each about four and seven miles distant, and St Mawes is about 11 miles to the south.

The land extends to almost half an acre and is completely level and in grass although there are a few shrubs remaining following its most recent use as a garden. There is pedestrian access via a bridge over the adjacent stream.
