When we first viewed our home we found it to be in a perfect little hide away location. Since we moved in we ve been able to extend but keep generous room sizes while still having potential for further development. For our kids growing up its been ideal as were in the catchment for Finham and Kenilworth schools.We love the entire house but if we had to chose our snug/cinema room has been a good way for us to switch off and relax with a movie or watching sporting events like the World Cup or boxing. Family dinner time is another favourite for us as well given we love to spend time together and with the outdoor kitchen/BBQ its a great hub for us to spend time together.When we think of memorable times its hard for us to pick just one. Watching our two children grow into adults has been a journey in itself but for us hosting their 18th Birthday parties were amazing as we love to entertain our friends and family and the garden is ideal for that with it being spacious and private.We've enjoyed seeing all of our hard work pay off with the renovations we've done to our home, especially with our hallway which used to be the dining room.When we move we will certainly miss the location the most, it is a great and quiet area that has been amazing for getting to know our neighbours and making friends. Over the years we've renovated and decorated both upstairs and downstairs spaces. In 2016, we extended and renovated downstairs giving a new lease of life to our kitchen/dinning space. In 2020, we decorated with new bathrooms upstairs for the family bathroom and master en-suite.
